Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery within Switzerland We offer delivery across Switzerland. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping (EU & beyond) We ship to selected countries within the European Union. International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

Large & Furniture Items Due to the size and weight of furniture items, some orders may require special freight delivery. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time for oversized shipments.

Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment.
